Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder (pref. raw)
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia / flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Benefits

Raw cacao is the most nutrient-dense form of chocolate, providing an excellent source of magnesium (natures tranquiliser). Iron, and antioxidants. Available at health stores and online, its worth getting the raw stuff if you can, otherwise regular cocoa will do here. This glass is decadent, rich, and creamy, containing raspberries, avocado, spinach, flaxseeds and oats, to support the circulatory system for a healthy heart. Nuts and seeds provide an excellent source of protein and essential fats, that taste delicious and will sustain your energy levels until lunch.
