Deliciously sustaining, these healthy treats are high in protein, fibre and essential fats.

Benefits

Sesame seeds are a great source of plant based protein, essential fats, and one of the richest sources of calcium, balancing our hormones and maintaining healthy bones.

In our 40’s & beyond it’s important to maintain bone health. Osteoporosis is a condition that causes your bones to become weaker, and the risk increases beyond menopause, because there is less oestrogen in your body, which is important for bone density. We can support bone density with diet & lifestylle.

Method

  • In large bowl add the oats, seeds, nuts & salt.

  • In a saucepan melt coconut oil with the dark chocolate.

  • Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the maple syrup and tahini.
