Ingredients

  • 3 smoked mackerel fillets
  • 250g cream cheese / hummus
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • pinch of cayenne pepper

Serving suggestion: serve on toast/ oat cakes or with your choice of vegetables

 

Mackerel pate

This simple smoked mackerel pate is great on toast, or as a dip wit vegetable sticks. Kids’ll love these hollowed-out cucumber bites too.
