Method
Preheat oven to 170 Deg C
In a pan, over a gentle heat, melt butter, honey, and tahini
In a bowl add flour, baking powder, and salt
Combine wet with dry and roll out to form a log shape
Cut into cookies, and store rest or log in the freezer until required (remember to label and date)
Sprinkle cookies with sesame seeds
Bake on middle shelf for 11- 15 mins, until lightly golden.
