I am a qualified nutritional therapist and women’s health expert, BANT and CNHC accredited following training at CNM. I am also a retreat chef, with over 10 years of experience running yoga and wellbeing retreats with my sisters at Chillout Retreats. I am on the expert panel at Menopause Experts.
I am currently navigating peri-menopause myself, and have struggled with hormonal issues such as brain fog, exhaustion, low mood and broken sleep. I get that life can feel like an uphill battle, and am passionate about helping women to overcome these issues.
Through my training and experience, I help myself and my clients rebalance hormones through diet and lifestyle, and feel fantastic.
As well as designing nutrition programmes and packages to support my clients, I also run healthy cooking workshops, nutrition education sessions and webinars for corporates as well as groups in my local community in East Sussex.
I’m on the steering group of Lewes District Food Partnership, driving innovation and best practice on all aspects of healthy and sustainable food.
My favourite things are family, food and travel. My recipes are a celebration of all these things. I love fresh, local and seasonal plant-focused food, full of colour and vibrancy.
I believe eating this way helps the body to feel its best, my recipes have been collated during my years of cooking on retreats, inspired by my Italian family upbringing and world travels with my husband and our two teens, who love to explore food too.
