Ingredients

  • 150g ginger root
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 4 x apples
  • 50ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp honey

Benefits

The cleansing properties of ginger, lemon, and apple cider vinegar, combined with turmeric’s anti-inflammatory properties, make this a great boost for immunity, digestion and metabolism.

Method

Use a juicer, or a blender (and pour through a sieve). Drink 20ml daily
