1tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Chia seeds are high in anti inflammatory fats, important for cell to cell communication, they also contain lingans, which provide hormonal balancing and fibre-like benefits, and mucilage, which optimises nutrient absorption. Soaking seeds this way is best for absorption. Berries are rich in antioxidants, protecting cells against damage.
Method:
Mix well and leave to soak for half an hour in the fridge.
Top with your favourite berries and toasted almonds, drizzle with maple syrup.
