  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries/ blackberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp nut butter
  • I cup milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey/ maple syrup

Serving suggestion, top with fresh berries, a spoon of yogurt and seeds.
